At the end of each calendar year Provincial Government Employees Credit Union pays a portion of it's surplus back to its members.  The amount is apportioned to each member to the extent they contribute to the surplus.  For example, someone with a loan, deposit and RRSP will get a portion of their loan interest back, plus get a bonus on the interest they received!
